I about jumped out of my britches when my sweet friend called and asked if I could photograph a BEAUTIFUL little boy that had just been adopted from Haiti. Are you kidding me? OF COURSE! I have such a heart for adoption, and I'm not sure where that will lead our family, but, if nothing else, I was so thrilled to capture this stunning little boy in his new home. I also got to photograph some of his new relatives, and it's so clear that he's adored by all. Welcome home, sweet boy. Welcome home.

I would love to open up an area of my photography that solely focused on kids who need to be adopted or have been adopted. Adoption is such a beautiful picture of what God does for us, when He brings us into His "forever family," as we say at Community Bible Study.
